Ms. Thodos has over 25 years of professional business experience. As a successful 10 year strategic leader with BMO Nesbitt Burns, Ms. Thodos was the Vancouver Branch Administration Manager, as well as the Provincial Administration Manager for both the provinces of BC & Alberta.  During her 15 year financial industry tenure, Ms. Thodos was also a Licensed Investment Representative with BMO Nesbitt Burns, Canaccord Capital, CM Oliver & Co and Scotiabank.  After a lengthy Canadian Investment industry career, Ms. Thodos enjoyed an extensive 7 year career in high-technology, with the Canadian international software company CDC Software, (formerly known as Pivotal Corporation).  As Manager of Corporate Services for 4 years, Ms. Thodos managed both Worldwide and North American operations for 450 employees. As Partner Marketing Manager, she also managed and administered strategic alliance relationships for 2 years, developing and managing successful joint partner marketing programs with technology partners such as Microsoft, Business Objects, Miller Heiman Sales Technologies, IBM, Scribesoft, as well as many other software product partners.  In her final year, as Human Resources Generalist, Ms. Thodos successfully managed human resources for the North American CRM software teams.  Most recently, Ms. Thodos has joined the mining sector, bringing a wealth of management, marketing, sales and organizational experience to a broad number of initiatives, managing public company administration, corporate and investor relations.
